High concentration total nitrogen removal technology
The two-stage A/O process, combined with high efficiency aerator, can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen and achieve water production standards. Nitrate can be substantially removed, and TN is far below emission standards.
High efficiency and low energy anaerobic technology
The anaerobic efficiency is high, and the design of water replenishment, mud drainage and anti-fouling plugging is fully considered.
Concentration reduction treatment technology
The "DTRO process" or "material film" process is used to achieve reduction treatment, and the final concentrated liquid is used in the flue gas purification system (lime pulping) or the furnace backinjection, and the full quantitative treatment of leachate is achieved in cooperation with the waste incineration power plant.
Performance index
The effluent rate of the nanofiltration system is not less than 85%, the effluent rate of the reverse osmosis system is not less than 75%, and the membrane system recovery rate is not less than 65%. Concentrated water reduction recovery rate is not less than 50%, the overall recovery rate of the system is not less than 80%. At the same time, the effluent water quality meets the water quality standard of Table 1 of "Urban Sewage Recycling - Industrial Water Quality Standard" (GB/ T19923-2005).
